Synergies '10 is an event being hosted under the auspices of Global Management Club, an executive student club of the Suleman Dawood School of Business (LUMS). The three day event, to be held from 23rd to 25th April 2010 at the Lahore University of Management Sciences, is expected to attract business students from both local and international business schools.

The focus of the event is "Collaborative Excellence"

We aim to provide a platform for business students on which to bring their business comprehension and individual competencies together in order to develop "Collaborative Excellence". They are prepared for the real-world strategic business planning through solving Case Studies, fulfilling Request for Proposals (RFPs) and playing Simulation Games. The participants also have the opportunity of a lifetime to present their brilliant startup business plans in front of potential venture capitalists. Synergies has 4 competitions namely:

    -Kaavish - the business plan competition
    -Hippocrates - the business case competition
    -Éclat - the RFP Proposal Presentation
    -BootStrap - the business simulation game

In addition to the competition, Synergies '10 also entails following Evening Events:

   -Corporate Dinner (of participants with sponsors, representatives from industry, alumni & faculty @ LUMS)
   -Casual Dinner & performance (primarily for recreation and networking among students)
   -Musical Evening
